Pentapoke 2 is a five spokes monocoque wheel made with carbon fiber. It is our new version that applied Aerodynamics, Fiber laying up, Unique shape of spoke and design technology.
The Pentapork wheel supports the wheel with five carbon spokes, which make the rim between the spokes and spokes the same concept as the arched legs, ensuring optimum stiffness in the rim of the spokes where the spokes are not supported. Thanks to this structure, even if a force acts on the rim between the spokes, it minimizes wheel distortion and maintains perfect circularity.
The Pentafork wheel is a monocoque type wheel manufactured by using a set of molds other than the junction type. In the case of conventional carbon spoke wheels, since the rim and spoke parts are manufactured separately, there may be a reduction in strength on the joint. However, we use one mold for high rigidity and uniformity of the wheel.
The Pentapork wheel was developed for Velodrome racing. In order to win the race in 1 / 100th of a second, we made a fine adjustment and balance. However, it is not unusable on public roads. Even on regular road racing it can be an optimal choice for faster sprinting and less air resistance. For general roads, unlike images, there is a brake track.

펜타포크2 휠은 카본으로 만든 5개의 스포크 형태를 갖춘 모노코크 휠입니다. 공기역학, 카본 레이업, 독특한 형태의 스포크 디자인 기술을 적용한 새로운 버전입니다.
펜타포크 휠은 다섯개의 포인트로 휠을 지탱하여 스포크와 스포크 사이의 림을 아치형 다리와 같은 컨셉으로 만들어 스포크가 지지되 지 않는 구간의 림에도 최적의 강성을 유지할 수 있도록 만든 제품입니다. 이와 같은 구조로 인해 스포크 사이의 림에 힘이 작용하더라도 휠의 찌그러짐을 최소화하여 완벽한 원형을 유지시켜줍니다.
펜타포크 휠은 접합형식이 아닌 한세트의 몰드를 사용하여 제조한 모노코크 타입의 휠입니다. 기존의 카본 스포크 휠의 경우 림과 스포크 부분을 따로 제 작하여 붙이는 방식이라 접합부위에서 강도저하가 있을 수 있지만, 저희는 높 은 강성과 휠의 균일성을 위해 하나의 몰드에서 제작하는 방법을 사용하고 있 습니다.
펜타포크 휠은 트렉 경주용으로 개발되었습니다. 백분의 1초 단위의 경주 에서 승리하기 위해 미세한 조정과 벨런스를 맞추었습니다. 그렇지만 일반 도로에서 사용할 수 없는 것은 아닙니다. 일반 도로 경주에서도 더 빠른 스 프린팅과 더 적은 공기저항을 위한 최적의 선택이 될 수 있습니다. 일반 도로용은 이미지와 다르게 브레이크 트렉이 있습니다.
